Under h\u00f6sten 2014 fick jag uppdraget att \u00f6vers\u00e4tta &#8221;The Swedish Kitchen&#8221;, en uts\u00f6kt liten bok om svensk kultur med n\u00e5gra h\u00e4rliga gourmetrecepter, fr\u00e5n engelska\/svenska till spanska. Uppdraget kom fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/si.se\/\" target=\"_blank\">Svenska Institutet<\/a>, en myndighet som fr\u00e4mjar svensk kultur.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0252.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-314\" src=\"http:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0252-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0252-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/DSC_0252-576x1024.jpg 576w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4romdagen fick jag mina kopior av boken. H\u00e4rligt!
