Mycket sant, jag l\u00e4ste det h\u00e4r receptet f\u00f6r &#8221;paleo br\u00f6d&#8221; och gjorde lite \u00e4ndringar. Resultatet \u00e4r mycket smakrikt, mjukt och fluffigt, fiberrikt, proteinrikt, glutenfritt, och spannm\u00e5lsfritt.<\/p>\n<p>3,5 dl Arrowroot Powder<br \/>\n2,5 dl krossade linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n4 hela \u00e4gg<br \/>\n4 \u00e4ggvitor<br \/>\n4 msk olivolja<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n4 tsk bakpulver (dubbelkolla att den inte har vete!)<br \/>\n1 tsk honung eller sirap (optionellt)<br \/>\n1 tsk Psyllium Husk pulver<br \/>\nKokosolja (eller en annan olja) f\u00f6r br\u00f6dformen<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rm ugnen till 175\u00ba C.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser. Blanda ihop de fuktiga ingredienserna (bara \u00e4ggulorna fr\u00e5n \u00e4ggen dock) och blanda ihop det med det torra. Vispa upp de 8 \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum och blanda in dem sist, f\u00f6rsiktigt.<br \/>\nSm\u00f6rj br\u00f6dformen.<br \/>\nBaka i ugnen 30-35 minuter eller tills en tandpetare kommer ut rent n\u00e4r man provsticker.<\/p>\n<p>Jag hittade arrowroot i den asiatiska mathandeln. Olivolja kan ers\u00e4ttas av valn\u00f6tsolja. De h\u00e5rdvispade \u00e4ggvitorna g\u00f6r att br\u00f6det blir extra fluffigt. Psyllium Husk hj\u00e4lper br\u00f6det f\u00e5 en glutenliknande konsistens, blir fluffigt och smular inte.
