Det \u00e4r faktiskt superl\u00e4tt. Och med lite extra ingredienser blir det s\u00e5 mycket godare och nyttigare!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r denna recept, m\u00e5ste du f\u00f6rst koka\/\u00e5nga\/baka en bit butternut squash. Hur stor beror p\u00e5 din smak, men i princip en ca 10-12 cm tjock skiva av en medelstor frukt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Squash1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"236\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-467\" src=\"http:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Squash1-300x236.jpg\" alt=\"Squash1\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Squash1-300x236.jpg 300w, https:\/\/shamay.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Squash1-1024x805.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Blanda de torra ingredienserna:<br \/>\n3 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 dl krossade linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl de harina (almid\u00f3n) de arrow root (l\u00e4tt att hitta p\u00e5 asiatisk mathandel)<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n4 tsk bakpulver eller 1 msk bikarbonat<br \/>\n1 msk psylliumfr\u00f6skal<br \/>\n1 msk pofiber<br \/>\n3 msk hampafr\u00f6pulver (valfri, det inneh\u00e5ller mycket proteiner)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r squashen \u00e4r klar, mosa den tillsammans med de \u00f6vriga bl\u00f6ta ingredienserna:<br \/>\nCa 3-5 dl kokt butternut squash<br \/>\n4 \u00e4ggulor<br \/>\n4 msk olivolja<br \/>\nca 1 dl kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>Vispa sedan de 4 \u00e4ggvitorna till h\u00e5rt skum.<br \/>\nBlanda det v\u00e5ta med det torra. L\u00e4gg sedan till \u00e4ggviteskummet f\u00f6rsiktigt.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll smeten med en sked i en muffinsform, med eller utan pappersformer (jag anv\u00e4nde en silikonform, d\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs inget papper).<\/p>\n<p>Baka i mitten av ugnen vid ca 175\u00ba ca 20 min (n\u00e4r en tandpetare kommer ut ren s\u00e5 \u00e4r br\u00f6det klar &#8211; men du kan l\u00e5ta den vara inne lite l\u00e4ngre om du vill att br\u00f6dbullarna blir gyllene). <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r de kallnat kan man frysa in dem.
